About Us
A loving home, a brighter future.
House of Hope was established with the heartfelt conviction that every child, regardless of life circumstances, deserves unconditional safety, family care, high quality education, and the opportunity to thrive with dignity.
How Hope Became a Reality
House of Hope was founded with a simple but powerful belief—that every child deserves a safe place to grow, learn and dream. Over the years, we have become a permanent sanctuary for innocent, pure-hearted children who need unconditional love and security.
Located at No. 40, Upali Mawatha, Meepitiya in the picturesque hill country of Nawalapitiya, Sri Lanka, our home is surrounded by beautiful natural mountain scenery. Here, our 16 children (9 girls and 7 boys) receive 24/7 dedicated care, nutritious meals, healthcare, and formal education under the loving supervision of full-time resident staff.
"Every child deserves not just shelter, but a genuine family where they are known, cherished, and empowered to fulfill their highest potential with dignity."
